I would like to first thank Doug for his kindness and for having someone come so out late in the evening. Also for his keeping me informed about the arrival of the tech. Saved us from having to go to a motel. I am impressed by the quality and caliber of the tech who was dispatched. I could have not asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service person. He answered all my questions and got me up and running in quick order doing a thorough job. On leaving he spoke highly of Doug, which to me, is a mark of character.
